UK Orders
The customer has 14 calendar days to return the items for full refund from the day in which they have been physically received. The items must be in their original condition, unused and returned with their tags and packaging.
It's the customers responsibility to return their parcel using their own preferred courier service, please keep your tracking safe.
We strongly recommend using a tracked service for your return to ensure it reaches us safely.

Returns and Exchanges
The customer has 14 days to return the items for full refund from the day in which they have been physically received. The items must be in their original condition, unused and returned with their tags and packaging.
Exchanges will take up to 5 working days to be received, we cannot guarantee size availability. If your exchange is not in stock you will be refunded, this will take up to 10 working days to go into the account you paid with via the original payment.
Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery / Non-Collection
+ Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout.
+ If a parcel is returned to us because the customer entered an incorrect or incomplete address, failed to collect the parcel, or failed to rearrange delivery within the courier’s holding period, this will be treated as a customer-caused failed delivery.
+ We will not re-dispatch the order free of charge wh+If the customer still wants the order, a new delivery fee must be paid before the parcel is sent again.
+ If the customer no longer wants the order after it has been returned to us, we may deduct reasonable direct costs caused by the failed delivery where legally permitted.
+ Any goodwill return period offered by us will not be extended because of delays caused by customer error, failed delivery, or non-collection.
